We have a mix of properties that house between 2 and 6 tenants each. All homes have free Wifi, a fully equipped kitchen, washing facilities, large maintained garden with seating area, communal inside space and a weekly cleaner. All rooms are furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and draws. Bedding and essential are provided for all ladies moving in. 30% of our properties have en-suite rooms and the remaining are shared facilities.

A safe place to live
The need to feel secure at home is important to everyone. Its particularly vital for women who have experienced adversity to have a safe base to settle, from where they can start to re-design their lives.
Our organisation is based on the theory that ‘psychologically informed environments’ influence the greatest positive change…and this is put into practice by how we approach support, our staff’s relationship with tenants, the considered décor of properties and how we resolve concerns and conflict.
Needs assessments are carried out so that when referrals are made, ladies are housed in properties where they will have the best chance at settling, taking into account the dynamics of existing tenants and all personalities, interests, schedules etc.
We aim to create a micro-community where tenants are looking out for each other and considerate of each other.
